NerdWallet is looking to capitalize on the trend of people getting into the cryptocurrency space by offering credit cards in a variety of categories.
In an article titled “NerdWallet Credit Cards” on the company’s website, the company said it has plans to launch a variety to suit its customers needs.
“We have a diverse portfolio of credit cards available to us, from prepaid cards to debit cards to loyalty points to prepaid cards that you can use for any number of things.
So if you need to get credit, you can do that on our prepaid card,” said the company in a post announcing the card.
“For example, if you’re traveling or shopping, you’ll be able to use our prepaid cards for hotel reservations, or you can choose to get your business cards with our prepaid debit card.
We also offer Visa credit cards and American Express credit cards.””
We offer the highest levels of customer service for our customers,” the company wrote.
“Our team is ready to assist customers with any questions or queries you may have.
In addition, our prepaid and prepaid debit cards will be supported by our Visa card partner network.
We have partnered with a number of major credit card issuers and card networks to ensure that our credit card partners are able to accept our credit cards with minimal disruption.
We encourage you to check out our rewards programs and other perks available.”
The NerdWallet card has a maximum interest rate of 0.50% and a 1-year balance.
NerdWallet said it is working on an introductory rate for people with a 3-month credit history.
The company said its credit cards offer a number at the time of application, such as “up to 50% off select products and services” or “30% off merchandise”.
“Nerdwallet Credit Cards have a low introductory APR of 0% with a 1 year balance.
These rates are great for those who are looking to save and invest money,” the card offers.”
Nerds are already used to the convenience and ease of spending money, so Nerdwallet Credit cards make it easy to spend, too.
The Nerdwallet card offers a minimum of $50 per month in spending, so you can easily use it for a variety and exciting uses.”
The company also offers a “one time” $200 credit on purchases over $100.
A company spokesperson confirmed to TechCrunch that the credit card would launch on Monday.
“It will be available for a limited time to our first million customers.
We’re working hard to get it to you before the end of the year,” the spokesperson said.
“We’re also excited to announce that we will soon be launching our first online rewards program, NerdWallet Rewards.”
The announcement of the NerdWallet cards came after a new credit card from Mastercard that was designed to be an easy way for people to get into the digital world, also launched in Canada, last week.
Mastercard said it had invested $100 million in digital credit card technology.
