Disney credit cards can be used to purchase other Disney products online without the need to enter a credit card number, according to a new blog post by the company.
The blog post, which is posted on Disney’s website, said that customers can still make purchases online by using their Disney Visa or MasterCard credit card but that the swiper is no longer required to have a credit report on file.
However, the company said it is still reviewing the post and that it has added the swipers to the Disney Rewards program.
Included in the blog post is a link to a tool that lets customers search for credit card numbers and expiration dates.
The tool also lists a few more details about the credit card companies that accept Disney credit, including that the company only accepts Visa and MasterCard.
In a statement provided to ABC News, Disney said:”In addition to offering a wide variety of Disney products to consumers, we also offer a number of other credit and debit cards.
These cards can still be used for purchases in-store or online at the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure Resort, as well as select Disney theme parks.””
In the case of a card being lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, we will refund your card,” the statement said.
“Disney does not charge customers to use its credit card services.
If you are unhappy with your card, you may contact your card issuer for a full refund or cancel.”ABC News’ Jennifer Ludden contributed to this report.
